1. Who you are contracting with

The Founder Store is operated by Mingenta LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, represented by its Managing Director Marc Jost Flohr. By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Private beta

Parts of the platform are available only to approved beta participants. Access is granted at our discretion, is personal to you, and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Beta features are provided as work in progress and may change or disappear.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content, no harassment, no scraping or automated extraction, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no use of the community to spam or solicit. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit.

6. Listings, partners and disclosure

Resources, partners and third-party offers are listed for discovery. Some relationships are commercial. Classifications describe the nature of a relationship, not a quality ranking, and payment does not buy a recommendation. See our classifications and disclosure page for detail.

7. Shop, orders and third-party sellers

Products sold directly through the shop are subject to the delivery, cancellation and return terms shown at checkout, including EU and UK statutory withdrawal rights where these apply to consumers. Some products are fulfilled by third parties or link out to external retailers; in those cases your contract is with that seller and their terms apply. We may earn a commission on external purchases.

8. No professional advice

Content on the platform is general information for founders. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment or medical advice, and we are not a broker, placement agent or regulated financial services provider. Always take specialist advice before acting.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms; we will publish the updated version here.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights in your country.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
